Returns & Exchanges Policy
Each piece is made especially for you, so I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please take a moment to check all details including size, colour, design, and personalisations before placing your order.
That said, if there’s ever a problem with your order, I’m always happy to help. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Personalised or custom orders are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will not be included in the refund.
Items such as mugs, candles and apparel can only be refunded if they are defective due to a production error or if they arrive damaged. Damage that occurs after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
